Following the success of ‘Running Free’ Ali Campbell is in the studio recording his follow up solo album ‘Flying High’.

The new album is a mixture of original material and interesting covers and has a world theme that runs throughout. Having toured extensively for many years Ali has always enjoyed working with artists from different countries, cultures and backgrounds and this album will feature artists from the UK, USA, Russia, Germany, Africa and Australia. There will be some very well known names appearing with Ali on the album – further details to follow in due course.

Meanwhile Ali, having left UB40 a year ago, has been touring with his new band - the Dep Band. They have recently returned from a very successful tour of Australia and New Zealand and are preparing to embark on a UK tour this summer to promote the new album.
